POLICY

I. RETURN POLICY AND WARRANTY & REFUN

1. Return and warranty policy

Warranty: The warranty for this product is applicable for 1 year

  • In case of manufacturer defect: 1 for 1 exchange within 12 months
  • In case of user error, there will be a fee depending on the case

Note: You can receive after-sales service from the company or from the place of purchase.

  • When requesting for repairs, please be sure to check the product number attached on the product, ensure that this is not damaged while using the product.
  • When requesting for repairs for damages resulting from normal use:
    + Within the warranty period: Free repairs OR change new products (In case of manufacturer error)
    + After the warranty period: Paid repairs
  • Product failure due to damages caused by negligence or intent: Paid repairs
  • Product failure due to natural disasters or faulty connections with other devices: Paid repairs

2. Refund policy

- Refund in case of out of stock and cannot be handed over to the shipping unit after 07 working days.

- Refund time is 14-21 days.

II. POLICY ON DELIVERY, RECEIPT OF GOODS, AND INSPECTION OF GOODS

1. Customers within the territory of Vietnam

- Use shipping units such as: Viettel, GHN... within 3-7 working days nationwide. Shipping fees are paid by the customer.
- Delivery time is calculated from the date the customer receives an email confirming successful payment.
- Shipping fees are paid by the customer.

2. Customers outside Vietnam

- Use shipping units such as DHL, Nasco... within 7-20 working days.
- Delivery time is calculated from the date the customer receives an email confirming successful payment.
- Shipping fees are paid by the customer.

3. Goods inspection policy

- DO NOT ALLOW THE FORM OF VIEWING/CHECKING AND RETURN OF GOODS (No joint checking) to avoid the case of swapping the goods inside.

- After receiving the goods, if a problem arises you can immediately call Hotline 0867 - 399 - 188 for ATC to assist in handling it as quickly as possible.
